SugarSpot - Policies & FAQs

Purchase Orders: We kindly ask that you please provide the following information on your purchase order: Your company name, address, phone and e-mail address, contact name, requested ship date, product number and description ordered, quantity, layout instructions for artwork, card directions, unit cost, additional charges, and shipping instructions. Orders should be sent to: batch@hpgbrands.com.


Production Schedule: Normal production time is listed by each product. We do our best to stick to listed production times, but we are occasionally impacted by seasonal or holiday delays. Please contact customer care for current lead times.


Shipping & Handling: SugarSpot shipments require an insulated shipping container – there is an additional fee of $15 (g) per box for all SugarSpot orders.


Setup Fees: Nope! SugarSpot products are exempt from setup fees


Does SugarSpot candy contain alcohol? No, all SugarSpot candy is non-alcoholic


Can I get a SugarSpot sample? Valid HPG customers can request up to (5) Taster Packets or (1) Small Jar per order for free with their shipper number.


Can I get a pre-production/spec sample? Pre-production/Spec samples are available for Jars and Gift Sets only at the cost of EQP + $50; that cost will be credited back to the customer’s order if they place an order with the same artwork.


Do you have a self-promo policy? SugarSpot self-promos are offered at EQP less 20%.
