Order Guidelines

Denwell is part of BEST Promotions. All Denwell purchase orders should be addressed to BEST Promotions.

Digital Art

Artwork can be submitted via email, ZIP file, or CD-ROM (PC format). Email is our preferred submission method.

For the best imprint quality, please submit vector artwork created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as an AI, EPS, or PDF file. All fonts should be converted to outlines (curves) before submission.

Preferred file formats

• Screen-printed orders: Adobe Illustrator (AI), EPS, or PDF
• Full-color process orders: Adobe Photoshop (PSD), TIFF, or high-resolution JPG (300 dpi minimum)

Artwork Guidelines

To ensure the highest quality imprint, please follow these artwork requirements:

• Minimum font size: 11 pt
• Script fonts: 12–14 pt minimum (depending on style)
• Minimum line weight: 1 pt
• Minimum image resolution: 300 dpi
• Halftones and copy may be adjusted as needed to ensure optimal print quality.

Artwork that does not meet these guidelines may delay production while revisions are made.

Please do not submit PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Quark, CorelDRAW, or Microsoft Publisher files.

For compressed files, we recommend StuffIt or WinZip. If needed, alternative file transfer methods can be arranged.

Proofs

BEST Promotions provides emailed PDF proofs upon request. A PDF proof will also be provided whenever we determine that artwork requires clarification before production.
