Paid Volunteering Program
HPG has over 1,000 employees spanning the continent from Nogales, Mexico to Montréal, Canada. By empowering our team, HPG can make a big diifference in each community we operate in. In 2024, HPG launched a new paid volunteer program enabling staff to take time off to support the local causes they're most passionate about.
Charitable Donations
HPG frequently organizes and matches donations to local fundraisers to support our employee causes. We also donate to organizations in our promotional products community such as PromoCares.org and PromoKitchen.org.
Career Growth
We offer internal mobility programs to encourage employees to take on new growth opportunities aligned with their long-term career goals. Additionally, we provide regular training, coaching, and feedback sessions to support employee development and skill enhancement.
