SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER:
24-HOUR RUSH must be noted on your purchase order.
Orders must be received prior to 12:00 MST M-F. If received after this cut off the order will default to 48-hour service from day order is placed.

NO PROOF for 24Hr Rush Service. Artwork will be imprinted as submitted.
Important Information (Please Read)
ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Single item only orders (cannot have multiple items even if all are on the 24-Hr Rush Service product list)
- No PMS matching
- No drop shipping, kitting, or personalization (Art or sleeves).
- Orders are subject to credit approval
- Max quantity is 100pcs
- 24Hr Rush Service is subject to STOCK availability
- Available on domestic orders only
ARTWORK
- The art requirement is high-resolution vector art that is saved as a vector file format type (ie: .eps, .pdf, .ai).
- Artwork will be imprinted as submitted. Maximum imprint size and default imprint location will be used.
- Orders submitted with errors in text or image will be printed as is. Be sure to proof your artwork before sending.
- Exact REPEAT orders must include previous order number in the purchase order.
- Backpacks normally decorated with domes will not include domes on your 24Hr Rush Service order. Only plate decoration is available with 24Hr Rush Service.
NO PROOF FOR 24-HOUR RUSH
- Proofs, approvals, and preproduction samples are not provided with 24Hr Rush Service.
CANCELLATIONS
- All orders are considered confirmed at the time they are placed.
- Cancellation of a confirmed order must be made in writing.
- Any cancellation after the receipt of an order may be subject to charges for any work-in-progress.
