Full Colour Transfer (FC)

Show off any brand in a vibrant glory with our full color digital heat press technology. A full color transfer allows for a beautiful, computer generated, logo to be printed onto a heat transfer material and pressed on a variety of fabrics. Leave any brand logo or messaging looking its best with this high definition, high resolution, print option. Artwork needs to be provided as a high-resolution file (300 dpi or over) in either bitmap or vector format.
PMS matching is not available. All Artwork will be converted to CMYK and the best possible color match will be printed.
Maximum size of 64 square inches (Perma Press decorating at larger sizing may be available). Utilize imprinted price and add:

41-64 square inches $2.00 (E)
If you require a full colour transfer in an additional location, an additional location running charge (based on quantity-see pricing grid on this page) AND a full colour transfer running charge (based on size of logo) are both applicable.
AQUA MARK (AQ)
- Spot Colour printing for Drinkware
- Minimum two colour imprint
Set up charges are $65.00(G) per colour/design
Repeat set up charge: $30.00(G) each

Minimum 100 pieces
Absolute minimum 50 pieces with a less than minimum charge of $80.00(E)
If you require an Aqua Mark in a 2nd location, an additional location running charge (based on quantity-see product page and click on 'view decorating information') AND applicable Aqua Mark running charges will apply.
Similar to traditional transfer printing, Aqua Mark has been developed exclusively for use on drinkware. Ink is applied to a sheet of transfer paper instead of directly onto the material. The transfer is then applied directly onto the product. This method allows for spot colour separations (PMS colour match). A clear overlay is always required. A white underlay may be required on dark product colours or glass.
Production time for full order is 20-25 business days.
Ink Change: All orders that require an ink colour change are subject to a charge of $35.00(E) per colour.
HD AQUA MARK (HD AQ)
- Four colour process decorating for Drinkware

This decorating method combines four colour process HD Ready and Aqua Mark. You can print full colour logos on drinkware products that previously could only handle spot colour printing. Production time for full order is 20-25 business days. Longer lead times required for larger quantities. A clear overlay is always required.
Hand wash recommended.
Debossing (DEB)
The process of debossing is offered on most of our leather, koskin, textura, EVA, and simulated leather lines only. A die is created of your logo and then pressed into the material creating an ‘impression’ of the logo. Debossing provides a subtle, yet higher perceived value on many products. Set up charge is included. Die charge is extra. Set up is also no charge on exact repeat orders assuming previous purchase order or invoice number is provided. Note: Dies are stored in house for a period of two years. After two years a new die must be made and a new die charge will apply. Decals (DEC)
Set up charge: $65.00(G) each
Repeat set up charge: $30.00(G) each
To add value to some selected upper end products, a logo is transferred from a sophisticated computer generated program onto a durable adhesive backed vinyl substrate. Four colour process decals look stunning and are a great alternate decorating option. PMS colour match not available.

Affordable high definition four colour process decorating is now available. Inexpensive run charges combined with stunning high-resolution images makes this one of the industry's most sought-after decorating methods. Please allow 10 to 12 business days after preproduction sample approval if one is required. ***Production times may vary, contact your account manager for current lead times prior to order placement. Longer lead times may be needed for large quantities.
If you require an HD Ready in an additional location, an additional location running charge (based on quantity) AND an HD Ready running charge are both applicable.
Laser Engraving (LAS)

Your logo attains a refined and elegant look with engraving. The logo is carved directly into the surface using a laser. The even and clean lines create a novel and detailed logo. Laser Engraving is most common on wood products and metal products, such as carabiners.
Laser Engrave on carabiners utilize imprinted price and add $0.40(E).
Up to 3 square inches, utilize imprinted price and add $0.85 (E)

Debco's Laser Engrave technique uses state of the art laser technology to aim the laser's optical system at a focal point. The energy delivered to this focal point is altered such that a lasting imprint is created, typically by vaporizing the surface coating. The result is a long-lasting decoration that is essentially etched into the surface of the object on which the laser is directed. Please note: available on select colours.

With our Laser-Like decorating option you get the look of engraving for the price of screen printing. Using a frosted colour effect, matte ink is screen printed directly onto the product. The result is an elegant impression that resembles the subtle look of engraving. Laser-Like is a durable and scratch resistant option that is available on most clear Acrylic, Glass, and Eastman-Tritan™ drinkware products. Utilize imprinted pricing. Set up charge(s) extra. Leatherette Patch (LP)

This leatherette patch is sure to impress anyone that sees it. Its fashionable look and antiqued texture add perceived value to your logo by adding a level of sophistication. Available in 10 colours: red, tan, orange, white, brown, blue, purple, black, light grey and dark grey, your logo will take on an added dimension on this debossed leatherette patch.
Minimum quantity: imprinted minimums.

MAX PERFECT PRINT (MAXPP)

MAX Perfect Print allows a full colour computer generated logo to be printed onto heat transfer material and pressed onto a variety of fabrics like Bonded Leather, Koskin, Simulated Leather, Leatherette and Vinyl. This process is used on products that multi colour screen prints cannot be done on and is perfect for halftones and gradients. A full underlay must always be present (colour match not guaranteed). Optional die cut available.

PERSONALIZATION
Using Debco's MAX Perfect Print decorating method, personalization may be added for a small fee*. Now you can easily and affordably individualize each product in your order with recipients' names, numbers, dates, addresses, QR codes, and/or titles. The information that is personalized is restricted to a one colour imprint and must be contained within the dimensions of the four colour process MAX Perfect Print.
Personalized information must be submitted at the time of order entry in an Excel document with one name/title/number per cell. Please advise imprint colour, font size and font (click here to see fonts available). Arial will be the default font if none specified.
Catalogue imprinted minimums must be respected.

Pad Printing (PAD)

Pad Printing is extremely effective on rounded, uneven, or slanted product shapes. It is also perfect for small and intricate logos. A silicone pad is used to transfer the ink onto the product. The pad can hit various levels on a product at one time. Ink colour availability is restricted due to the limited ability to mix inks utilized in this process. Pad printing is utilized on products such as: plastics, pens, aluminum, tins, rubber, cardboard gift boxes, metal, vinyl, leather and paper pad banners.
