Q: What is the minimum order size for a myBatch?

A: MOQ is 10 units (kits)

 

Q: What is included in each myBatch kit?

A: Each myBatch includes a glossy-white gift box, a full-color label, an insert card for your message, crinkle paper to cushion your goodies, and the snacks of your choosing.

 

Q: Is there any setup fee for a myBatch kit?

A: Nope! Just we don't charge any setup fees for Batch & Bodega kits, we won't be hitting you up with setup fees for myBatch orders.

 

Q: What is standard production time for a myBatch order?

A: Standard production time for a myBatch order is 5 business days - contact the Batch & Bodega team for production time on high-volume orders

 

Q: Can I add customized HPG merch to a myBatch?

A: You bet! We recommend keeping your message to 140-160 characters for best results

 

Q: Are there any limitations to what I can print on the card incldued with my myBatch order?

A: Text will be printed in black ink, we recommend keeping your message to 140-160 characters for best results

 

Q: What if a product I've selected to include in myBatch is out of stock?

A: The Batch & Bodega team will work with you to find a suitable replacement!
