$50.00 (G). Orders must be marked Rush Service Required in subject of email and on the PO. Production time begins after proof approval and does not include the day order is received. Contact Customer Care for production time based on manufacturing availability. Prior factory approval is required before sending order.

Artwork
We prefer digital artwork - Vector line art is the only form accepted. It provides the best quality and allows images to be resized without loss of details. Vector files must be saved as PDF, EPS, or AI formats. We cannot accept artwork used on websites or that originates from the internet. Art can be sent to beacon.orders@hpgbrands.com. Clean black and white, camera-ready artwork will be accepted. Artwork will be reviewed and if cleanup is needed, we will notify you in advance. A cleanup charge of $40.00 (X) is minimum.

 
Design Services
Design time prices at $45.00 (X) per 30 minutes. Design Services include: design and layout, production-ready art creation, logo recreation and virtual sample requests exceeding 30 minutes.

 
PMS Color Match
$50.00 (G). Exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

 
Imprint Color Change
If a change of ink color is required during a production run, add $60.00 (G) per color.
 

Speculative Samples
Spec samples available for $65.00 (G) per color. Not available on items with custom full color printing on gift box. Spec Sample orders that develop into orders within 30 days of the sample shipping, with no changes, will not be charged a set-up charge. Orders that are placed within 30 days of a spec sample shipping, that are over $5,000.00, we will credit the charge of the spec sample.
 

Drop Shipments
$10.00 (G) per drop shipment is added for shipments in the continental U.S.A. Drop shipment addresses MUST be received a minimum of 3 business days prior to shipping and must be in an excel format.
 

International Shipping
Any order that is shipping out of the continental U.S.A. will have a $20.00 (G) shipping charge per destination. Third party shipper number required for international shipments.

 
Third Party Billing
Billable orders shipped using 3rd party shipper account will be charged a $10.00 (G) fee per order.

 
HOT WEATHER SHIPPING
Between the months of April-September we recommend heat sensitive items be shipped in an insulated carton with cold packs. This adds $15 (G) per carton. Your order quantity will determine how many insulated cartons containers will be needed for each order and we will let you know on the invoice. Factory is not responsible for shipping costs. We can ship ground to any location within two days shipping from zip code 55121. Any other location will require 2-Day air shipment via FedEx or UPS to prevent melting.
