Please follow the below procedures to ensure proper delivery of your 48 Hour Service order:
SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER:
48 HOUR RUSH must be noted on your purchase order.
Orders must be received after 12:00PM EST Monday-Friday will default to 48 Hour Service on the following business day.
EMAIL purchase orders and artwork to:
ARTWORK must be received by 12:00PM EST Monday-Friday.
NO PAPER PROOF for 48 Hour Service.
Important Information (Please Read)
ARTWORK.
- The art requirement is high-resolution vector art that has been created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as an .eps file. PMS color and number must be provided in email/artwork.
- Orders submitted by the distributor with errors in text or image and printed will be billed as per catalogue pricing.
- Exact REPEAT orders must include purchase order or invoice number.
NO PAPER PROOF for 48 HOUR RUSH.
- Artwork will be imprinted as submitted. Maximum imprint size and default imprint location will be used.
- All orders requesting a per proof, preproduction sample, above maximum quantities available on 48 Hour Service or any decorating methods not available on 48 Hour Service will automatically be changed to Standard Delivery.
- PAPER PROOF and preproduction samples assumed to be waived on 48 Hour Service.
ONE COLOR IMPRINT.
- All orders will be imprinted with a ONE colour imprint in ONE standard imprint location ONLY with the exception of Hub metal pens which will be laser engraved in one standard location ONLY.
- Please see product pages and click on the ‘Delivery’ tab for maximum quantities available for 48 Hour Service.
- Other decorating methods and higher quantities are available for standard delivery.
- Tone-on-tone imprints are not available for any of our Rush Services. We require a pre-pro for all tone-on-tone imprint orders.
48 HOUR RUSH service is subject to STOCK availability.
- In the event of a stock out you will be contacted with an alternate stock solution. Once a solution is agreed upon, your order will default to 48 Hour Service on the next business day.
- Please confirm exact stock and colour availability prior to order placement to avoid stock out delays.
- Clearance items do not qualify for any of our rush services.
SHIPPING.
- Order will ship by UPS (prepaid or on your acc #). No other courier methods will be used.
- Any other ship method indicated on purchase order will automatically change to UPS (prepaid or on your acc #) without further notification.
CREDIT APPROVAL.
- 48 Hour Service is available to 'Net 30 day' terms customers who are current, as well as with customers with pre-payment terms who have a credit card on file.
MULTIPLE ORDERS.
- Multiple orders for the same item and imprint that exceed maximum quantities will not be accepted.
SERVICE CHARGE.
- The $60.00(G) 48 Hour Service charge is applicable to each item on your order.
CANCELLATIONS.
- All orders are considered confirmed at the time they are placed.
- Cancellation of a confirmed order must be made in writing.
- Any cancellation after the receipt of an order may be subject to charges for any work-in-progress.
