Batch & Bodega Policies & Guidelines


Our concept is simple – at Batch & Bodega we curate unforgettable food to create memorable (and delicious!) gifting experiences. We’ve scoured the country to find the best treats from small-batch makers; we fell in love with their stories and can’t wait for you to experience their food. Warning: our makers may astound you with their deliciousness!


Purchase Orders: We kindly ask that you please provide the following information on your purchase order: Your company name, address, phone and e-mail address, contact name, requested ship date, product number and description ordered, quantity, layout instructions for artwork, card directions, unit cost, additional charges, and shipping instructions. Orders should be sent to: batch@hpgbrands.com

 

Production Schedule: Normal production time is listed by each product. We do our best to stick to listed production times, but we are occasionally impacted by seasonal or holiday delays. Please contact customer care for current lead times.

 

Low Minimums: We keep our MOQs low for all of your gifting needs, big or small. We offer minimums as low as 1 piece!

 

Setup Fees: Set-up fees apply to select kits. See product pages for details.

 

Personalized Card: Please include the copy you would like included on your Batch & Bodega card insert - please note cards copy is limited to 140 characters.

 

Substitutions: Please note that items may be swapped seasonally. Please contact customer care before purchase.
