The set includes a resilient 33.0 cm pizza stone, able to withstand rapid temperature changes, high grade stainless cradle & wooden pizza peel. The cradle is also designed to keep the pizza from sliding off of the stone while removing it with the peel. DO NOT SEASON WITH OIL! Rinse with water & a little mild detergent only, dry immediately.
